Testimonials

To all staff of Westside Nursing Home. This is and it’s especially for you. We would like to thank you for all the kindness and care given to Pam during her respite stay with you. We are very grateful for everything you all did during Pam’s stay with you.

Best wishes to you all from Pam and family

Thank you for the wonderful party you put on for 100-year-old Nannie Joan. All her family had a lovely time and it was so rewarding to see Joan having the time of her life.

Best wishes, Nan’s family

To all the staff at Westside. We would like to thank you for all the care you gave our mum Joyce during the 3 years that Westside was her home. She particularly liked the food which was ‘just up her street’ she always said. when we asked her [she said] it was ‘very nice', and as you know she always spoke her mind. The medical care you gave her was excellent nursing her back from various episodes of old age.

The restrictions Covid-19 imposed made it difficult for everyone and the lack of visiting affected residents at care homes all over the country. We are glad she went on palliative care and was able to see us all frequently during her last weeks. It was healing for our family too.

We wish you all the best for the future. With our thanks and very best wishes to you all.

Ray & Dot and the rest of the family.

Can I say thank you once again for looking after mum and all her care needs so well. We as a family really appreciate that mum is looked after, as we expect her to be. This late stage of dementia is very hard on us as a family losing her whilst she is still here and knowing that she is cared for in a safe and caring environment helps us process this awful disease's progression in these late stages. Thank you to all the staff.

It has been an awful few years for everybody who works in the care sector and for the families whose loved ones are looked after. I think communication has been the key the face times were brilliant even for my mum it settles you as a family to see them even if we hadn't been able to visit.

Thank you and lots of love, Janine
